Property Signage

Monument Signs & Stonework

On whatever portion of the sign package we can design stonework to fit perfectly with your sign needs. Also we are able to match existing stonework colors and designs on site.
Router & Dimensional Letters
Our CNC router system produces precise dimensional letters and graphics in a number of mediums. We can create your project in aluminum, plastics, wood, or composites. Finishes range from brushed aluminum, gold leaf, paint, and natural. Once we have your artwork in our system, changes and repeats are easily accomplished.
When you need to get your message out no medium is as versatile as a banner. Virtually any size is possible and they are ideal for short or long term use. We produce our banners using digital printing and vinyl graphics. We offer both delivery and/or a professional installation.
A-boards, Vehicle Graphics & Banners
When you need to get your message out no medium is as versatile as a banner. Virtually any size is possible and they are ideal for short or long term use. We produce our banners using digital printing and vinyl graphics. We offer both delivery and/or a professional installation.
Where a-boards are the sidewalk salesman of signage, banners are their more outspoken counterpart. Properly designed and positioned, they create interest and produce customers. Our standard a-boards are 24"x32" and 32"x48" with custom sizes on request. We manufacture our a-boards from 5/8" thick MDO plywood and they do not have the same look as the prefabbed a-boards commonly used.
Digital Graphics and Displays
Full color prints, window covers, perforated clings, billboards, vehicles. Using the latest digital printing technology, we can faithfully reproduce full color graphics and photographic images on both flexible and rigid substrates. Banners, vehicle graphics, window treatments, interior displays and promotional work are all produced and installed by our team of experts. Outdoor durable and interior beautiful, these products can be produced from your artwork or our designers can create the perfect solution for your next project.
Repairs
From repainting an exterior sign to replacing a broken letter, Artco Signs understands the need to keep repair costs low and turnaround time prompt. We have service representatives who can survey your sign for repair within 24 hours.
Permits and Services
Our sign package begins with a thorough research of sign code and building ordinances so that your designs can be maximized for visual effect. We offer two types of design service; fee based, where the designs are purchased as a standalone package which become your property or design build, where the design package is incorporated in the sign purchase package. Regardless of your choice of design services, you can be assured that your message will be communicated clearly and with style. However, our consulting services do not end there. We can fill out the forms and request permits if you choose to utilize our permit service. Our goal is to provide all you need in consideration of your upcoming project.

Clearview 100 Apartments
One of our recent projects was the entry sign for Clearview 100 Apartment Homes in University Place, Tacoma. The sign was made from a laminate backboard and black and red decal stickers created and cut by our in-house designer. A simple yet effective design. We also created the Latitude 47 sign for their sister-apartments, also located in University Place.
Both of these apartments are located in The Village at Chambers Bay, Washington with some apartments enjoying uninterrupted views of Mount Rainier and the Puget Sound.
